IT guides pose a particularly fun—and I do actually mean fun—challenge. Nothing soothes the ol' OCD like a giant list of commands that need organized in a way that looks good and is user friendly. I truly enjoyed this project. We spent weeks coming up different solutions to a steady stream changing variables. We condensed several pages worth of charts, flyers, and experiments into two small guides and received excellent feedback from a lot of the staff when we passed them out. I was even told one of the project leaders received a high five from the CEO ...#MissionAccomplished. Beyond that, the layers in that inDesign file were an organizational masterpiece (not to toot my own horn). There was at least a 100 different components and each one was grouped, labeled, and color coded (even the dotted lines).
